Data Deletion

Golden Catalyst LLC (“Golden Catalyst,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates MarketSpark™, Ignite™ Platform, BehaviorStack™, and related Services. All Services are provided by Golden Catalyst LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

1. Requesting Data Deletion

Users may request account deletion, profile deletion, deletion of submitted content, deletion of AI interaction history, deletion of analytical inputs, removal of stored personal information, or deletion of associated account data. Deletion requests may be submitted by contacting: privacy@goldencatalyst.ai

2. Information To Include

To help process requests efficiently, users should include: account email address, username (if applicable), affected Service, and a detailed description of the deletion request.

3. Identity Verification

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, Golden Catalyst LLC may require identity verification before processing deletion requests. Verification procedures help protect users from unauthorized deletion requests.

4. Processing Time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 business days after verification. Certain requests may require additional time depending on account complexity, legal obligations, ongoing investigations, technical limitations, or security concerns.

5. Data That May Be Retained

Golden Catalyst LLC may retain certain information where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, maintain financial records, comply with tax or accounting requirements, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, investigate fraud or abuse, preserve platform integrity, protect infrastructure, or comply with financial or regulatory requirements.

6. Financial & Analytical Data

MarketSpark™ may process analytical inputs, watchlists, market preferences, prompts, behavioral signals, engagement metrics, AI interaction history, and related activity to improve platform functionality, analytical experiences, personalization, and probabilistic insights. Certain analytics, fraud-prevention, security, audit, or operational records may be temporarily retained where reasonably necessary for operational integrity, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or security enforcement.

Golden Catalyst LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to minimize retained identifiable information following approved deletion requests.

7. Shared Ecosystem Infrastructure

MarketSpark™ may utilize shared authentication systems, analytics systems, AI orchestration systems, or unified account infrastructure provided through Ignite™ Platform. Deletion of one Service account may affect synchronized authentication systems, connected ecosystem Services, integrated subscriptions, or compatible platform functionality.

8. Third-Party Providers

Certain information may be processed or stored by third-party vendors including cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, analytics vendors, AI infrastructure providers, financial data providers, communication systems, and automation platforms. Golden Catalyst LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to coordinate deletion requests with applicable providers where appropriate and legally required.

9. Account Access After Deletion

Once deletion is completed: accounts may become permanently inaccessible, associated content may not be recoverable, subscriptions may terminate, and certain ecosystem Services may no longer function. Users are responsible for exporting or saving any desired information before submitting deletion requests.

10. Children’s Data

MarketSpark™ is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. If Golden Catalyst LLC becomes aware of unauthorized collection of information from minors, commercially reasonable efforts will be made to remove such information promptly.
